How It Works

Jubely makes it quick and easy for companies to set up a basic gifting campaign for events such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and new hires.

  1. We’ll onboard your company by securely collecting a list of employees’ names, emails, birthdates, and work anniversary dates.
  2. A link will be emailed to your team to chat with an automated gifting assistant to begin building a gifting profile based on their interests, hobbies, preferred snacks, T-shirt size, and more.
  3. We’ll then work with you to schedule and budget for any gifting event.
  4. Our expert team at Jubely will then use the recipients’ gift profile and company budget to curate a few great options for the recipient to select from.
  5. The order will be placed to arrive before or on the date scheduled and tracking information will be sent to the sender to ensure prompt delivery.
  6. Finally, Jubely will automatically invoice the company card on file with the cost of the item delivered, including any taxes and shipment/handling fees (if any).
